Since finding Ballard Mandarin it is my favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is well prepared and true to expectations, flavors are great, and the service is friendly and attentive.

Had a great chat with 2 ladies as I paid for my to-go order. I had visited back in 2019 with a boyfriend, and remembered this place again for an emergency dinner plan with my husband (plans fell through). This restaurant is conveniently between work and home. Food is great, I loved the broccoli surprise at the bottom of my honey walnut prawns, and my husband enjoyed his veggie curry tofu. The vegetable fried rice (I got brown rice) was a great compromise for wanting a side of rice and a side of veggies!
